Our approach at LeanBuilt will be to research, learn about, experiment with, fully implement, and share our progress with lean construction. If we are successful in our mission and purpose, all field workers will be respected, all leaders will be well trained and balanced, and families will be protected at home. Kate leads the team as the CEO by building the executive team, ensuring the company has all needed resources, and protecting our culture as the alpha.

Emilio is a Project Manager working on special projects with the PODs and works to scale Takt efforts in the United States as a Project Engineer.
